Trading since 1958, formally as D&J Savage, the company was started by David and June Savage who together built a strong and resilient transport business founded on family values and great customer service. In 2003 Savage Haulage Limited was formed, with brothers Martyn and John taking over day to day management of the business. Staying true to the family values they continued to build the brand by offering temperature controlled storage to compliment the haulage services. By maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, building long lasting client relationships, and ensuring high staff retention the business has grown significantly, today they operate out of two sites with 16 HGV’s and room to expand.
